Tim, congrats on getting the Assignment Earth artwork. Loved the series as well, so I'm looking forward to seeing your devious plans enacted, whatever they are.
Toby, nice Veitch piece.

"I just received JB's cover art to the "Star Trek Assignment Earth" trade
paperback."
****
Tim,
Please be sure to post pictures! I saw the trade on the shelf yesterday and the cover really jumped out at me! Great addition! You mention other art you own, do you have an online gallery anywhere?

I was really surprised when Rick Veitch told me he had never drawn this combo before.

Thanks, all - it was kind of an obvious decision when I saw the cover.
There's even a thread floating around the Star Trek forum in which JB is
still on the fence about what to do with the cover, so it's got the added
element of forum discussion along with it. Part of the fun of the
forum is the getting glimpses into the evolution of the books. The sneak
peeks make reading JB's books fun. This is a good time to thank you, JB,
for the time you spend here! It adds a really interesting dimension to
reading your stories.
Joe, I don't have the original art scanned or anything, but once I frame
the "Star Trek" piece, I will post all of the pages. Besides this cover, I
have two sequential pages from my favorite comic of all time - Fantastic
Four "Terror in a Tiny Town" (#236, the anniversary issue). And two
pages from Generations 3 "History Lesson - Part Two", which was the
western issue.

On the way from Fred Hembeck, along with a couple of other treats. I'll post once they arrive later this week.

Geez, already here, New York to California in just a couple days. Gotta love Priority Mail.
Here's the first of two commissions (the other will have to wait until tomorrow with a real camera, the cell phone isn't doing the trick). A companion piece to this one (thanks for the idea, Pat!) I had done last year, I love Fred's Across the Page work!
