That Colin Wilson page shows a lot of Walt Simonson influence. Nice piece,
Paul!

My sentiment as well, Philippe. It certainly looks like Bolland Dredd... and I think Ive actually read the story it's from.

Not even sure I've heard of Colin Wilson before... and now I'm seeing one really good Blueberry page by him and a very Bollandesque Dredd... who is this guy? What's he done?

Yes...very Bollandesque !

And here are my latest wins on eBay. The'yre not home yet but I'm really excited about them. Especially as I got a message from Mr Nowlan himself telling me he would refund me some of the shipping costs which came out to be overpriced...Wow Jb is not the only gentleman in the biz after all!

Just got a note from Alan Davis that he has several e-mail lists (because his first list got so big that he had to create new lists to hold all of his fans!) and that he offered his sketches up to those who joined first and are on the first list.

While I agree it was a nice thing to do for the long timers, as a 2nd lister I'm hoping that won't be a regular thing 'cause I don't see demand reducing too much as time goes by... :-)

Colin is a New Zealand artist who now resides in Australia.  (Where I am!)

He has done work for 2000AD which include Judge Dredd and Rogue Trooper.  He is mostly known for his work on La Jeunesse De Blueberry which he took over from Jean "Moebius" Giraud.

He also has done work for the US market with books such as Losers, Point Blank, Star Wars Legacy and Rebellion, Battler Britian and so on.

My mate Royd Burgoyne is currently selling his art on Comicartfans.  Its pretty affordable and Colins work is amazing!!

I just need to save more money to get more!
