Lloyd,
Yeah, it's about a perfect page.  It seems like a full story on one page, I feel really lucky to have it.  Jim Aparo was a great.  It has the full deal from Aparo, pencils, inks and letters plus the Elongated Man.  Ralph and Batman always seemed like a good team.

Got this today--a complete surprise purchased for me by my wife

DC First: Flash/Superman #1, pg 12

Pencilled by Rick Burchett, inked by Doug Hazelwood

I'm having to have a heart cath done tomorrow, and my wife got this up for me as a pick-me-up.  I was totally floored by her gesture (she's not a nerd like I am), and love the piece.  One of her favorite charcaters is 'the Flash with the helmet', and both he and Wally West are well-represented here.

Lloyd, good luck with the cath today. That gift is an impressive gift with some nice symbolism of your partnership with your wife.
