A couple from my theme. I love Steve Gerber's Howard the Duck. This year, I decided to get different artists to draw Howard the Duck for me and, if I could afford it, have him meet a character the artist is known for. First up, Mark Wheatley's Frankenstein Mobster with Howard.

Great stuff, Roger. I'm going to get a Rousseau piece next time I see him at a con.

Dave, I spent way too much money these past two con weekends. I don't know if it would be worth the two hour drive to see Margot Kidder for the 34th time.

for $5 she'll drive out to see you...

I think it might be my first convention to spend the whole time completely wasted, doing inappropriate doodles of popular children's characters all the while with my pants around my ankles...

which isn't really all that much of a change from how I work at home.

yikes...

Paul, my friend and I got to the convention center around 6:45am on Saturday.  We headed straight for Sale's line, got our fast passes and zipped right over to Kitson's line.  I ended up getting my Kitson around 2:30 on Sunday.  I was in his line at Baltimore in 2007 and said I wouldn't do it again this year, but there I was.

Roger I love the Rousseau!  That Choopie!

I've have to get around to getting one of his Canson pieces.
