Ray was selling "re-creations" of Bob Layton commissions on eBay (as well
as other artists like JB).
Was quite surprised to see my Layton Iron Man for sale for $20, as it was
on my wall at the time. Didn't even mention Layton in the description.
Bill- would you like seeing almost exact copies of your commissions on
eBay, from an artist other then the one that did the original? It's kinda
annoying...
There, I opened the can again...
oops.
Here's the thread link...

Ryan's copyright issues aside for a brief moment ...
Bill that's, hands down, my favorite of your multiverse pieces. Solid art and cool choice of characters.

OK....after a few hours of sleep, more from MidOhioCon!
The Forever People by Art Baltazar! I've loved Art's sketches that I've seen turn up on the Internet over the last several months and was very excited to get one (or three) of my own. He was totally unfamiliar with The Forever People. I gave him the Who's Who entry as a reference and explained the connection with Infinity Man to him. He added some "character development" by having Big Bear and Beautiful Dreamer with their arms around each other. Mr. Baltazar is very entertaining to say the least!

OK, so I took one step into the Fourth World universe, I couldn't stop without a Darkseid! Also from Baltazar:
When I requested Darkseid, Baltazar excitedly told me, "Aw yeah! Darkseid's gonna be in the next issue of Tiny Titans."
"Oh yeah?" I responded.
"Yeah, he's gonna be the lunch lady." That gives you an idea what Baltazar is all about.
He also added some complexity to Darkseid by including "anger lines" and a heart to the side of his head. He theorized Darkseid is so angry because Kirby designed him wearing a dress.

Last one from Baltazar:
What can I say? Is this a masterpiece or what? Baltazar's version of Byrne's cover to Marvel Team-Up 68. Awesome.

Last one for now....after having Baltazar do his version of Marvel Team-Up 68 I followed Chris Giarrusso to the Hero Initiative booth and got his version:
I think he did a great job! More to come from Mid-Ohio-Con later today folks!
