Paul-
We are trying to bring Joe to Ohio for the tiki con (i hope). I have his
contact info if you need it... He is soooooooo nice!
Anyway, I'll try to get most of my new NY art up soon. It was the best con
I've been to since San Diego in 2000. The ony thing missing was Allen
Speigel's group (Dave McKean, Muth, Kent Williams, etc...).
If they had been there, it would have been perfect!
Maybe if a Mr. Byrne was there, that would have been great as well!
Unfortunately, part of what made the show so great was the weather.
Next year it's in February...
which is just begging for a blizzard.
oh well, at least they had one good year!

Gerry, it was awesome! Weather was perfect. Crowds were okay, Guest list
was almost too much. I would have loved to talk to more artists!

They sold out of a different print and this was a substitute that I hadn't seen during a prior visit to the booth.... it really was unresistable:

First original page from the show was a piece that Fabry had done to use as an instructional tool, complete with note on the page:

This is a sketch done by Thomas Yeates of Tarzan.
This is a small drawing done by Cliff Chiang done on typing paper and pasted to a board.
