When I think of a comic character I'd like to see interpreted in a "cartoony" style or a little kid version of, I immediately think of the Lord of Apokolips!
This just in from Chris Giarrusso, thumbnail designs first:
and the final product....is on display at my CAF gallery....I can't seem to get it to convert to an acceptable format for the JBF! If anyone wants to help me out with that great, otherwise you'll have to visit my gallery to see the final piece!

The origin I gave Darkseid, when I was doing JK4W, came about in large part
because I could not quite wrap my brain around "Li'l Darkseid" -- the idea
that Darkseid had ever been a child.
