This is how Spider-Man looked in his first appearance. Blue spider emblem on a black costume.

What colors do the Yankees wear and what do the White Sox wear?

And when the Yankees are done with them...the Red Sox are usually black and blue.

Believe it or not, that's actually the BLUE Jays playing against the Yankees in that photo.

A question.
When Phoenix became Dark Phoenix, did her costume change from green to red, or black to black?

I always thought Cyclops' costume was a very, very dark blue.

But Andrew, that's the ROAD uniform for the Jays. Road unis must be grey/black.

Kevin, Phoenix's outfit went from green with yellow/gold sash and boots to dark red with yellow/gold sash and boots.
Interestingly, Dave Cockrum's original costume design for Phoenix had her in white. Now that would have made for an interesting Dark Phoenix contrast.

I a mpretty sure Cap is blue, red and white, like the American flag, even though I think he is colored with somewhat lighter tones. What puzzles me, though, is Cap's shield. It's red white and black or blue?
Comic book rules say it's black, my mind insists it should be blue. What's the deal?

Angel's costume as blue always made sense me, and still does more than black. He flies in the sky.

Blue. But, technically, it should be a much darker
blue than we usually see in the comics.
