JB:  C'mon Wayne! S'only six pages! 10 in modern style.

Hey... if you did it on spec, isn't there a good chance DC would buy it for a backup story?

That sounds like far too many trips back and forth to the scanner --- especially on something I try to keep as spontaneous as possible.

But, here, this is done in Photoshop, but it will give you the basic idea.

Funny thing about the way I do this. I have done it several hundred times now, in different books, different drawings, but I am never sure until the last line is laid down that it's going to work!

Many reprint versions of the cover have included a hyphen, though.

Which impacts upon my point --- how?

++++++++++

It doesn't. Just pointing it out.

That city-scape method looks pretty sweet.... it can't possibly be as easy as it looks.

; )

Four days, John, what tooks you so long ??!
Great great art, i'm very proud and excited by this !! It's perfect too. I love it.
And the side-by-side (with the "Action #1" ) works perfectly (and that's the way they're gonna be hanged).

Thank-you, John !!

Wow, i'm also the first member to have his name on a commission title.
David

Commission me to redo the entire first Bat-Man story!

Now, THAT would be a hoot!

John, wait one week, and you'll find six member to get one page each.

That would be more like 10 or 12 members. With a thousand bucks each.

And then there would be the bloodshed when it came to the divying up of the pages.

Is it too much to re-attempt the previous COMMISSION IDEA? But with Batman?

Previous attempt...
