JB, any chance you could show us a step - by - step cityscape on a future commission? ••• That sounds like far too many trips back and forth to the scanner --- especially on something I try to keep as spontaneous as possible. But, here, this is done in Photoshop, but it will give you the basic idea. 
Funny thing about the way I do this. I have done it several hundred times now, in different books, different drawings, but I am never sure until the last line is laid down that it's going to work!

John, wait one week, and you'll find six member to get one page each.••• That would be more like 10 or 12 members. With a thousand bucks each. And then there would be the bloodshed when it came to the divying up of the pages.
