The DC UNIVERSE line (is that what it's called?) has a nice Orion that comes with the Astro Harness.  They also have a nice Barda and Mister Miracle but I'm not sure what sort of accessories they come with.  There's an incredible Kalibak figure but it's one of those "build-a-figures" where you have to buy 83 toys to put together the one you want or pay through the nose on eBay.  Alas, I'm sure I'll never own it....

Kotobukiya has put up a sneak peek at their Fine Arts Dr. Doom statue...

I don't know...  The face mask looks too "sculpted", like a samurai's mask, than the Doom I'm used to...

This may not be news to some, but I see that in order to keep their line going, the Ame-Comi Heroine Series is doing female versions of male characters, including, so far, Robin and Steel.

Kotobukiya usually puts out some high quality looking statues. That Dr. Doom is a disappointment.

Wasn't there actually a female Steel, however? I think it was Steel's daughter or niece or something. I'm not sure if they actually called her "Steel" but I seem to remember something.

Too bad they didn't go with the Carrie Kelly Robin.

Robin's costume looks sort of... TRON-ish, and that female Steel resembles Final Fantasy XII's Fran merged with parts from Xenosaga's Kos-Mos & Ziggy...

John Henry Irons' niece Natasha was, in fact, Steel for awhile. And while that sculpture comes kinda close to how she looked (statue shows more skin) I never liked the idea.

While the Robin statue is cute I second that they should have gone with the Carrie Kelly version.
