I never knew Eternity and Surfer were twin brothers.Looks lame.Should be sculpted as all one piece.not the body then the headdress.

I quite like Hogan and Eternity i would like it as a full size statue but the bust is sweet!

My wife and I have a cookie jar collection going, I've posted pictures here from time to time.  About two years ago JB posted a picture of his cookie jars which included a wonderful Pepe le Pew!  My wife saw it and has wanted it ever since!  This Christmas Santa finally brought her one!

What about sculpting the area around Eternity, forming him out of negative space?

••

Eternity could be done as some kind of shadow-box, but that would sort of defeat the purpose of doing him three dimensionally. It could be viewed only from one direction to get the proper effect.

3D is the basic problem. Eternity should appear as a "hole in space" no matter what the vantage point of the viewer. Up, down, left, right, head on, etc, he would look like a hole.

It's a problem similar to the one presented by the Neal Adams design for Havok. Those concentric rings that define his power level should appear head on to the viewer no matter what the angle of viewing. In 3D they get "conventionalized" as a sort of chest emblem -- and I did this myself with the Eaglemoss figure I customized.

Metron and Barda join my toy collection!

I wish Metron came with his Mobius Chair but overall I'm just thrilled they've made some New Gods figures!

Wish they were not doing that "carved in Kirby muscle" approach. Only one it really works on is Darkseid.
