Old news for sure, but tracked down a larger image of the SDCC 2009 concept art by Shunya Yamashita for the upcoming Marvel Bishoujo statues in 2010 (from Kotobukiya):
Will have to see the finished products, but will most likely pick up Psylocke... Not sure about Phoenix (looks like the Dark Phoenix emblem judging from the size of it). http://tomopop.com/sdcc-the-bishoujo-phoenix-and-psylocke-ha ve-me-trembling-in-anticipation-8213.phtml

Arrived today some Bowen mini-busts (Electro, Blastaar and Nighthawk) and the full-length Black Knight statue -- which leaves me effectively OUT OF SPACE on my Marvel shelves!Yet I have more on order! ARGH!!

Question for those who re-paint their action figures: Does the paint fleck off in your hand if you play with the figures? Thanks.

The answer-- more shelves!•• There is literally no more room! I cannot go horizontally, as all the shelving is as wide as it can be, and I cannot go vertically without rearranging the original art hanging above the shelves -- which would be a major undertaking I am not prepared to, er, undertake.

Clear out the middle of the floor and create 'islands' of displays?

The answer-- new house! Kidding aside, I'd be curious to see what these jam packed shelves look like, if only to drool over the treasures you have.

Here' the "Marvel Corner". There's a couch off-camera left (made from the back end of a '57 Chevy, so not "expendable") and a wall off-camera right.
I could create room for one more statue, or maybe a couple of busts, by moving the movie-version Iron Man upstairs, to the TV room, where most of the movie and TV stuff is gathered -- but space is very much at a premium there, too!!
