I'm afraid to ask what's with that Captain America with black pants and a gun on page 240.

Traditionally, the only Hallmark Christmas ornaments I've gone out of my way to buy were the Star Trek ones...

Just broke tradtion...

What can I say, he speaks and lights up at the same time!  (Will pick up the Klingon Battle Cruiser during the after-Christmas sales...)

Marcus - that's Bucky as the new Captain America, not Steve Rogers.

I'm getting that Robby the Robot!  Very cool!  I usually get Elvis ornaments, but it's good to change things up.

One of the nicest touches about that Robby ornament was that not only does he speak using sound clips from the movie (with the blue light-up speaker "grille" in synch with the voice), but each clip always preceded by the sound of his circuits and relays clicking... Just like in the movie!  I counted around 4-5 different lines of dialogue too.

Just an FYI to Star Wars collectors, Toys R Us has the Millennium Falcon on sale this week for $79.99!  Half price.

New arrival…

I wonder if there is a way -- without too much effort involved -- to de-
clunkify those boots!

I've seen this one in person. I like it allot but the boots do have a Frankenstein look to them, mostly the bottoms. let us know if you figure out a way.

From a design viewpoint, they seem to belong to an entirely different
costume. From stockings up, the Canary's outfit is sleek and form-fitting,
even the "loose" jacket. Then when she got to her feet, she decided to not
only go for clunky, but for sudden splashes of bling?

Wassup widdat?
