Jesse--pardon my ignorance if this has been covered before, but are these "Byrne style" sculpts? If yes, they look great!! It's cool seeing what to my eye are Byrne  faces in 3D!!

Alex ... I naturally gravitate to artists like JB, George Perez, Phil Jimenez, Neal Adams, Mike Grell, Dave Cockrum and John Romita Sr. because I like there styles of drawing.   They don't over exagerate certain body parts like Mike Mignola for example, everything they do is in proper proportion and almost always in proper prespective.

And please don't take that as a slap to Mike, I think his work is brilliant, I just find it distracting sometimes.

While there is a certain undeniable "Byrne" quality to this sculpt in particular, it's more of a happy accident than intentional design.

That being said, I would give my right nut for JB to write and draw the Legion. :)

That Doom Head is disturbing...looks like he's caving in on himself;  the Steranko Nick Fury is awesome!

Jesse- very nice Chameleon Boy!  Hope to see pics of the finished product!

A new addition to the Avengers display in my Studio…

An appropriate arrival, I guess, for Veterans Day!

Did you just get both shields or is just one of them new?

Either way-- VERY COOL!

Nice haul!  How big is Mjolnir?  It looks tiny compared to the shield.
