Listen, I know John doesn't like links to other sites, but I really want him to see these two pages (especially page 2) and to know that the reason I bought these items and spent hours tonight photographing them is all because of how his writing and art affected me as a kid. Thank you, Mr. Byrne. I don't know if you'll enjoy these pics, but I'm really hoping you will....

OT: Al, are you by chance a Rush fan?

(Asking because of your Statuemarvels handle.)

If you are, we have a whole thread here in the music section for Rush fans.

Craig,

Those Arby's toys look really cute. I was wondering, when you say you need 2 Superman toys to make Bizarro, is there a 7th Special Superman, or you just need 2 of the same Superman toy?

Thanks for sharing!

You need two of the same Superman.  The back side of the template(?) is Bizarro.  You just fold it in the opposite direction.  I picked up my second Superman pack today.

Toi get the entire seven figure set you would need all six heroes and an extra Superman to make Bizarro.

Comic book figure that I never predicted I would own: Amanda Waller

Target distribution continues to be poor though. I think I just lucked out by arriving shortly after this single wave of 3-packs was put out on the pegs. The old GL/Fire/Ice sets continue to clog the shelves.

Al - You better believe I am! I started with Moving Pictures and am going strong to this day. Power Windows is my all-time favorite album & I'm saddenned that Mr. Byrne never heard of the album, 2112. :(

Sorry, after reading your thread in another section of your site about self-promotion, I didn't want to upset you.

Curses Michael! You found them, lucky man!
If the set of 3 3 packs ever shows again, keep me in mind. I'll love you forever, and line your pockets with gold!
Gold, I tells ya!!!

These things are a pain to find in Ohio...
