Why are the shirts tan? +++++++++++++++++++++++++ Second pilot costumes. Still had a ways to go in locking down the shows' look.

Looks like the Bowen Designs Mystique is going to be re-done.

That Bale/Nolan armored Batman is faithful enough to the movie suit to make it look bad to me. You can't even spot the chest emblem unless you know it's there. The cape looks like it's stapled on. Just like in the movies, in both cases. An unfortunate design, in my opinion. The previous image (of the Batman Black & White) on the other hand, looks great.

I have not liked any of the Batman movie costumes, but that one is my least favorite -- yeah, even more so than the one with the Bat-nipples. I just don't care for Batman-in-armor. The character should appear sleek and stealthy; the armor makes him stiff and clunky, and about as nimble as the Tin Man of Oz.
(Although, for an example of how to do the Batman-armor look right, see the Arkham Asylum video game ...)

I've seen both recent Batman movies, and I never noticed the suits looking as bad as that second figure John posted... Must be that "looks better in motion" effect or something. Tempted to call that version "Iron Bat" or "Bat Vader" (just change the head). Edit - Geez, the text sizes keep changing on me...

I was gonna say the same thing, when did Batman become Iron Man. Ahh the days when all Batman needed was a utility belt.

Is that Iron Man a statue or an action figure?

The b&w Batman statue somehow reminds me of Routh as Superman. And I mean that in a bad way...
