I'm so old I had that model the FIRST time around, when it was the first of a
new line of spaceship models, not a "UFO". The line didn't happen, alas.

I had that original AMT model as well, JB!

Came also with "chrome" add-on parts and a floppy phonograph-record of "The Sounds of Space"!

I don't like it. Something very Ed McGuinnes about it.

Go with the Thor classic from Bowen. Excellent piece and well worth the money also get an Odin as he is an amazing sculpt as well. When in doubt go for Bowen statues

The latest wave of JLU figures have started to show up
on the west coast. Everyone head to Target.
-Garett Stehle has probably already got them. :)

LOL Lars.
No I do not have them yet (although I did hit four Targets on the way down to Seattle last weekend :)
I am really excited about the Batman Beyond three pack. Hopefully it finds its way into my hot, sweaty hands soon.

Garett, be sure to post some pics when you get 'em!
...I mean pics of the figures, NOT pics of your hot sweaty hands.

At the risk of sounding like a shill, if anyone's been trying to justify buying a
statue, Midtown Comics is having a 35% off sale on all statues and busts for
the rest of the month.
