JB,
I am collector of Bowen statues and a longtime fan of your art. I have been wanting to see a Tigra FS in the Bowen line for quite some time. I am looking for all the art I can find on the character to submit on the statue marvels forum. I have the all the Avengers West Coast books you did but I am looking for a picture or sketch to submit that is less catlike than she was In those particular issues. I seem to remember that Tigra was becoming more feline than human in that run of issues...basically do you have any pics or sketches of her perhaps in a museum type pose? Below is a sketch submitted by a fellow forum member for her Full size statue in more of an action type pose. Basically it mimics the excellent Black Panther statue Randy released. What do you think? Now her hair of course would be different on the statue. When I asked Randy about the sketch he stated it would be too complex for an obscure character. Hence my mission to try to find a more museum type pose for the feline avenger. Can you help me out?...or at least lead me in the right direction to find great pics for this character.

Jay

I thought the half-figure sculpt captured Tigra quite nicely -- and to be
honest there are a whole lot of characters I would think more deserving of
the FS treatment before her.

I like that Rocketeer bust -- but I'm leery of ordering something
MidTownComics has listed for release last November but still has up for
pre-order!

I know she is rather obscure but there are many great characters in Marvel which have been made into FS statues such as Abomination who is probably one of the nicest statues Randy has put out...a true masterpiece. Many members such as myself fought long and hard campaigning for many obscure characters like Valkyrie who is supposedly next on the list after Randy finishes tweaking Electro. I cant wait for that one.
btw try nitro comics for pre order they are a class act to order from and they ship like lightening

I'm not complaining about MidTown. They do an excellent job. Rather,
having pre-ordered things before, only to find them delayed and delayed
and delayed, I am gunshy about "pre-ordering" something that was
supposed to ship five months ago.

so let's see...
After spending a ton of $ to get these from Mattel's website, Hal Jordan will
have no mask, and the Wonder Twins will have no Monkey (unless someone
gets me one from SDCC).
assholes.

Yeah, I was on the fence about going to SDCC this year, with the 4-day
passes selling out so early, but I kinda want Gleek. I thought the head-
swappable JLU Hal Jordan was a neat way of getting around not ruining the
exclusive JLU Hal Jordan Green Lantern. The problem was making that figure
a limited edition of 100 in the first place.

Michael-
If you go and can get more then one Wonder Twins, let me know. maybe I can help pay extra for a lunch or something.... or I might be able to repay you some other time. I should be going to Wizard World Chicago this year. maybe they'll have some at that show...
I love the Green Lantern set, but it really needs an additional head with a mask...

I love the super hero squad. I wish they would do a new Dr. Doom because he is hard to find.
