What's the feeling on the Kirby New Gods Superman? I find I'm drawn to it but I haven't seen it live.
And they even put the Kirby Superman "S" the way he drew it. Which is a touch I just noticed. Pretty nice.

I continue to fight the urge to buy that NEW GODS SUPERMAN
everytime I see it at the shop.
My main desire is to customize it into a JACK KIRBY REED RICHARDS.
Every time I look at it, I see Mr. Fantastic.
It'd be SO easy.

I recently found the Watchmen 6" figures. The sculpts, likenesses and paint apps look superior to DC Direct's previous lines, and to most action figures in general. I didn't buy them (not a fan). Hopefully DCD's future product will look this good as well.

What's the feeling on the Kirby New Gods Superman?
••
The Powers That Were at DC had all the Superman faces redrawn in Kirby's
Fourth World books -- but the Powers That Be are selling a "Kirby" Superman
(which, apparently, means "really ugly" to them)?
I must snap up one of these for my special Hypocrisy shelf!

Based on the pics you have been posting, Jesse, you have quite a backlog on
your hands.
Can't wait to see final pics.

Dwayne, I'm SO far behind it's not funny, and Wonderfest is only 7 weeks away!!!
I'm going to have to call in some favors from a few paint master freinds of mine, because I've never painted anything with unnatural skin tones before, so I'm absolutely clueless as to how to mix the proper colors.
