This may be the third year for the Disney Star Wars big figures.  Generally, their over 20" tall.  They have been released during the Star Wars weekends at Disney Studios at WDW.  Here are a couple from last year.

I believe she's a Disney exclusive product.  They can only be purchased at the parks.  I don't have the information to buy directly from the park but here's a link to someone selling one for list price + shipping.  There are some really nice big figures by Disney.  Scrooge is great looking.

Electro is one of those characters that has a cool power, but a very silly
costume.
