I have the feeling -- and I hesitate to say it, lest I jinx it! -- that this is
going to be one of my Smile Toys. Like Gort, or Robbie, or the
MasterReplicas Enterprise -- something that will make me smile every
time I look at it.

That fireball parachute toy is worth about £400 in mint condition.

One of the odder conceits that seems to have been retconned into the Gerry
Anderson stuff is that all those series, FIREBALL XL5, STINGRAY,
THUNDERBIRDS, CAPTAIN SCARLET, took place around the same time. That
just does not work for me.

Alan Fennel wrote the stories for the comic and the tv shows and did mix them at times with each other he was a nice gentleman miss him!

I've started collecting all kinds of little robots in recent years. A woman who loves me bought me this, and it's in no way little:

Wind it up and sparks fly out of the grill while it walks. About ten inches high.
