For those that might want one of the Adam Hughes women of the DCU mini-busts, go check out budplant.com.  The one that I would get if I had any...what's it called?  Muh-nee?  Would be the Wonder Girl(reduced to $19.99) and I think the Power Girl is $29.99.  Not a steal at those prices but pretty cheap compared to eBay.

Bill and Marc, regarding the Black Lantern,
Paul got it right. (according to the rumour I read about)
Thanks Paul! I didn't want to be the one to give it away. :)
(Bill got it half right!)

If Bill got it half right, then he got it about 100% more right than it seems the creators got it . . . talk about LAME!

I think Wayde got it more right than anybody:  Mighty Morphin' Power Lanterns, indeed!

I say this having not read the current Green Lantern series for quite some time, but I drifted off mainly because the stories were proving to be not worth the cover price, and I'm guessing that it hasn't gotten any better since then (I bowed-out around issue 25 or so, around the start of the Sinestro storyline).

John - you bowed out before the Sinestro Corps War? I bought the issues and the Hardcovers for that one, and don't regret a penny. It's probably the best Epic Super Event Story ever! I say this as someone who hates the recent Marvel Events (House of M, Civil War, etc) and who is kind of lukewarm on the DC stuff like Infinite Crisis. I hated Amazons Attack.

Sinestro though? Holy crap, that was just plain awesome goodness, and totally paid off everything from Rebirth until now.

Superman Vs Darkseid Statue

Got this on Saturday. Man is it ever awesome! Another customer at my LCS was eyeballing the box and telling his wife she was lucky he didn't see it in Previews.

I love me some Superman, I love me some Jack Kirby New Gods. Given the poses and the sculpt, it was impossible to resist!

I'm not into Batman statues, but I'm really tempted by this "year one" piece.

I ordered that Superman/Darkseid piece a while back, so I guess I can
expect it to land on my doorstep soon.

Love that Superman/Batman.  Anyone have some close ups?

Also, LOVE that Batman.  Pose looks JBish to me
