Product description:
In Stores June 2009
Marvel Wolverine Fine Art Bust
Sculpted by Takeshi Kimura, stands 9 inches tall above a specialized base
with a relief sculpture of Logan’s civilian face on the front. Each Fine Art
Bust is individually serial-numbered on its base and is constructed of cold
cast porcelain. As an added bonus, Wolverine’s wicked 2 1/3 inch long
claws are real metal.

Aside from the non JB styled claws, it looks pretty good.

That Cap Metallic statue is ONLY available through the Bowen Designs web-site AND is ONLY available for order until Jan 23.

These are being made to order only so are likely to be VERY limited.

Wolverine....where's the arm and chest hair?  And pit hair if he's raising his arm like that!

I just spoke with someone at Bowen regarding the Captain America statue and they were very nice.  I was confused over the ordering process and did not want to send a credit card number via fax.

I have never pre ordered before so its kind of exciting.

George, that Wolverine bust looks to me to be based on Jim Lee's take on the
character from one of his issues of X-Men.

It's also a dead-ringer ( the top half, anyway) of the vinyl Wolverine model kit put out by the now sadly defunct Horizon company as part of their Marvel Superheroes line back in the mid-90's.

That's pretty neat. Are they still doing the white version too?
