While Royd is not, himself, of giant stature, GORT stands fully eight feet tall.
And as I often say when showing him to people, you really have no sense of
how tall an eight foot tall robot is until you're standing in front of one.

Nah. It's actually the terra cotta finish flaking off, revealing the color of the
clay underneath.

I think it's a lot like visiting the Batcave. Secret location, blindfolds, knockout gas, etc. both to enter and exit.

Another Galactus comes home to its stable....Honestly I can't thank Jodi enough for the MLP, It's hard to appreciate the detail of the painting from a photo. It is truly one of the prizes of My collection!
