No problem! I have been looking for something to sculpt, so it was perfect timing. I can relate with wanting to do it yourself, though. Sculpting is fun!
If anyone else is interested, let me know and I will give it a go.
And thanks for the kind words on the Wolverine!
Edit: JB, if there are any other characters you would love to see sculpted, let me know. I am still working on an articulated ROG toy actually, mostly in my head for awhile though. It will require me to use an unfamiliar sculpting process used for toymaking though.

Funny -- I was looking at the upcoming Sentinel figurine from Eaglemoss
and wondering if it would dremel down to Rog!

Be patient, JB! The one I am making will be articulated. That is another thing that is so geat about your design. All the joints really work.
I have to get a special pen for carving special toy wax though. The material I was using didn't work well for such a small detailed project. That will require a small learning curve. But, I should be going gung-ho soon!

Tell you one thing, Charles -- do the worst job you can possibly imagine,
and I'll bet your Rog will come out looking better than the prototype
produced by the toy company that wanted to license the character about a
decade back. I don't know what they were thinking! He came out looking
like a muscular version of one of the Gray aliens!

I don't know.. it's a pretty big challenge making the joints. I hope it works out. I think it will though.
I am using your computer generated model as a literal guide. Do you feel that is the best model? Or do you prefer any of your previous drawings over the model?

I was just thinking about posting the computer "turnaround", to make sure
you had it!

You can find his back in the graphic at the top of the Commissioned Art
section!
(Note -- something I didn't notice before I did the rendering, way back
when, is that his arm is slightly off-center in the side view. His shoulder
"joint" should be further forward, and the rest of the arm with it.)

Thanks so much, JB. That was the image I was using to mock it up. I printed the image out on a standard piece of paper and used it as a template. So you can get an idea of the size it will be.
It seems to me that the acorn shaped protrusion that the arm comes out of is fixed. Would you prefer it this way? Or would you like that to rotate giving a full range of motion? I know you like things built as designed, so I want to get it just right.

Technically. Rogie would only be able to rotate his arms forward and back.
There's no way the configuration I drew would allow him to raise his arms to
cruciform position, for instance. In the stories I drew, I cheated, in typical
comicbook fashion, and allowed him a range of movements of which he
would not really be capable.

Count me as interested in a Guardian sculpt, and I know one other person as well!

"Technically. Rogie would only be able to rotate his arms forward and back."
++++
That was the impression I got from the images on the site -- that he couldn't move them in full range.
But, I was thinking you could take the spheroid part I highlighted and use them as a ball joint joint. This would allow a fuller motion like an action figure. So you could articulate the figure in different poses.
But, if this is a feature you wouldn't prefer I would do it without.
