Revisiting this thread after a few weeks away... I love that classic Iron Man statue on the previous page. Wow!

Funko Pop has a ten inch version of Christopher Reeve’s Superman.

Couldn’t resist.

Just learned there’s a LEGO series called “Friends” (unconnected to the TV series) that is intended to be “girl-friendly”. To this end the mini-figs that come with it are “more realistic”, meaning still cartoony but less blocky.

However, they still have Lego hands, those grasping claws, which evoke disturbing memories of thalidomide.

Started the LEGO At-At. This time setting it up as an assembly line, which somewhat diminishes the pain of multiple identical assemblies.

I still remember when I saw those At-At's for the first time in the theater. It blew my mind!
