It's all good, fellas. I didn't take George's remarks seriously. I just took it as
good-natured grumbling, if that. Regardless, I don't want this to turn into
an argument. The book will be out fairly soon for all of you to enjoy......and
you better enjoy it or I will be mad.

I can't wait to stroll into my LCS and buy a copy. Just make sure we have enough advance notice to add it to our pull list given the unreliable nature of LCSs to order enough copies for the shelves.
