Great point. I have very little interest in the Red Sonja character. But I still love this commission. Any character, in the hand of a great artist becomes interesting. The reason I got into comics in the first place was because of the art. And this cover would have translated into a purchase

Anyway, that is a great piece. I love your action pieces, but these "posed" pieces are usually the ones I end up liking the most!

I think she's a sandwich away from perfection. She just looks a little too skinny to me, like too many starlets these days. Otherwise, very cool piece. It stirkes me as possible that I've never seen you do Conan. Is that right? One of you moneybags needs to request a Conan now. :-)

She just looks a little too skinny to me, like too many starlets these days.•• The difference being that Sonja is a lean, mean fighting machine, not an anorexic clothes horse. Frank Thorne notwithstanding, I can't imagine the character having an ounce of fat to spare.
