I remember reading a Bullpen Bulletins page ages ago that mentioned that
the person in a Spider-Man suit in an earlier Bullpen Bulletins photo was
Sienkiewicz, so that's where my guess came from.
However, Nathan says not so far.
Well, it can't be JB -- no beard under that mask. There also doesn't seem to
be a lot of hair crammed under it either, although there is a tell-tale tuft
over the ears.
Has to be Archie Goodwin!

Altho now that I look close at Stan, Roy was long gone by the time Stan looked this old, I think.
Besides, Roy doesn't seem quite uh, sexy enough, for Nathan's coyness.

The person who was wearing the mask told me it was him... I have no reason to think he's lying. He did work for "Marvel" at the time.
He told me he was at work one day and they were scrambling around trying to find someone who had the right look/shape to fit the costume for the photo (maybe he said he just wore the mask -- I don't remember). They picked him -- took the photo -- and to this day he is surprised how popular/famous the photo is.
Do you think you and I are talking about the same person, JB?
