Weapon Alpha punching Wolverine is still the best punch ever printed in a comic IMHO.

If what you're looking for is "fight comics," World War Hulk and World War Hulk: X-Men have fights galore. Particularly the latter, which (so far) seems to be nothing but the Hulk beating the crap out of the X-Men for four issues.
