A few of the best punches I have ever seen (some of them are sequential blows, but we ARE talking about comics!):

Superman vs Hulk (John Buscema)

Thing vs Hulk (John Buscema)

Thing vs Terrax (John Byrne)

Wolverine vs Vindicator (John Byrne)

Basically, the "Fun" from another thread in superhero comics has always
centered around "the Punch", at least for me.
