Stegron takes one in the breadbasket at a particularly inopportune moment.

Len Wein, man. On one hand, he (co-)creates Swamp Thing. On the other, he creates...Stegron the Dinosaur Man. Oh well, they can't all be winners...

Dude.

Do NOT diss Stegron.

I implore you.  Shit was tragic.

How you like bein' all scaly & lisped out.

Man  had a reason to be pissed.

Don't judge 'less you've walked a mile in a man's dino-feet.

I thought Stegron was okay, in a world that didn't have The Lizard.  But the world DID have The Lizard, and moreover, Stegron tried to take on The Lizard.  That's not only aiming too high, it's losing even bigger as a result.

A King of a Punch of course he isn't falling the right way.
Looking at this and it makes me question. What makes a good Punch ? Or is it not the punch at all but the layout of the drawing.

Kirby's Panther is one cool cat. He knows you're going down, even if you don't.

This may be one of the greatest reimaginings I've ever seen, period. Good old Herb Trimpe:

I've been a Rip Kirby fan since I learned to read. Nobody beats Raymond for making things look photo-real with as few lines as possible.
