Comic wise - John Byrne, Terry Austin & Chris Claremont (on X-Men Issues, sketches at conventions and I'm pretty sure on my copy of Starlord - Marvel Preview 11)

Other - autographed photos from Bob Newhart and Mary Tyler Moore (both with personal messages).

When my wife was a child star, she got to meet Joe DiMaggio (and MANY others at the premiere of her movie, Annie).  This was at the Ocean City (NJ) Baby parade.  They were both Grand Marshalls.

She has autographs from all the big stars in the Annie movie (Carol Burnett, etc.) and some of the other orphans you may know: Martika (80s pop star), Amanda Peterson (Can't Buy Me Love), and Shawnee Smith (Becker).

New Teen Titans vol.1 #1 signed by Marv Wolfman.

Astro City: Life in The Big City and JLA/Avengers #1 by Kurt Busiek.

Planetary/Authority one-shot by Warren Ellis and colorist Laura DePuy.

Pedro and Me signed by Judd Winick (really nice guy. I talked with him briefly and had a great time.).

Ultimate Spider-Man #1 and Powers vol.1 #1 by Brian M. Bendis (another really nice dude.).

Action Comics #827 by Gail Simone (this lady's a hoot! Loved meeting her.).

Promethea #1 by JH Williams III.

Superman:Birthright hardcover autographed by Mark Waid (along with a little S-shield sketch!)

I could kick myself for not getting Buster Crabbe's or Kirk Alyn's autographs. But I was 11 or 12 when I met them ('78, I think.) and probably would've lost 'em like I did my Lee Majors and Lou Ferrigno autographs.

I have tons of signed trades and a few sports autographs.

Mickey Rivers signed a dog book for me.  He is from Miami and used to go to the Dog track with my dad.

Garo Yepremian gave me his autograph when my dad took me to see him at the barber shop where the Dolphins went.  He told me he always styles his hair the same way, parted in the middle.  I have lots of Dolphins from camp.

Hoyt Wilhelm (HOF) was among the Yankees coaches who signed my autograph book when I was a kid at a Yankees camp.

Don Sutton gave me his autograph when I met him at the bar of the hotel the Braves were staying in.  He told my wife, pregnant with our first child, that they have a saying in the Sutton home, "Go nine."  I love it.

Talk about missing the point.  I think the person getting the autograph is supposed to fondly remember the occassion not the person signing the autograph.  I'm seriously just amazed by this comment.
