Gerry,

There is no artist in the visual medium that I find as interesting as Steve Ditko. I cannot wait to see this documentary...thanks for bringing it to me attention!

Those of you in the UK, be sure to set your VCR's, DVD recorders, and TIVO's for Sunday's show!

I'd really like to see this doc. and I'd also like to read an interview - but not
to the point that the reporter feels compelled to intrude on Ditko's privacy.
He really doesn't "owe it to the fans" to knock on his door after he was told
not to come. That bothers me a bit.

I have to agree with you Wayne - the society we live in doesn't seem to concerned about observing the wishes of anyone of any celebrity status who wants privacy though - no matter how clear they've made their wishes.

Sure, I'd like to know Ditko's side of the story, but I don't think being intrusive is the answer.  Better those questions go unanswered IMO.

I also agree with Wayne. He told the reporter not to show up...and the guy does anyway. That strikes me as being extremely rude. I would hope that a fan of Ditko's (or anyone else's) work would be a bit more considerate than that.
