Thanks.

I ordered the Red Phoenix and Blue Angel on 11/10 and I am still waiting for FP to figure out the shipping costs. Was just wondering if they were going to charge $10+ for shipping for EACH figurine like some do on Ebay (from the UK).

Received notice just now via email, from Midtowncomics, that Captain
Britain, Nick Fury, Polaris, the Lizard and Ghost Rider have shipped.

Why, it's just like Xmas!

I did it, OK?  I submitted to the will of Landru, fine by you?  Yeah, I saw Polaris at my LCS this afternoon.  Didn't want to buy her, but the sculpt was just too damn good to pass up!  So now she joins the rest of the X-Men in my collection.

Damn that Landru...

I'm off to a LCS right now.  Just to look.  I'm not buying.  Nope.  It's the place that marks up anyway and I'm too cheap to pay more than list price.  More than a couple bucks, anyway.  Each.  But I'm not buying.

Dang it.  Bought Fury, Lizard and Ghost Rider.  My issue with Fury's neck looks like it will be easily remedied with a higher collar painted on.  At least he didn't increase the prices on these.

I also saw (grey) Hulk in person for the first time.  I'm going to have to track the green version down, I liked it a lot more than I thought I would.

Next up, Kraven.  He's already my favorite sculpt and I won't even have him for at least a month.

The promised figures arrived today. Looking good. Some paint chipped off
the Lizard's tongue, and I will have to repaint Fury's SHIELD suit black some
day when I am feeling particularly patient (also Captain Britain's boots, I
think!). Other than that, happy camper! (LOVE that Ghost Rider has an
actual chain across his chest!)
