Just looking at the invoice for December 5th, it looks like my Nick Fury
will be in stock. Looking forward to that one!

I had a huge order in with Forbidden Planet UK.  It took about 3 weeks to even get acknowledgment that they had everything ready to ship (when everything was showing available the day I ordered and several times I checked in the meantime), but couldn't give me a final cost, so I just canceled the darn thing.

Ryan,
I had the same issues, placed the order, no final cost. Shipping to be determined when order sent out. Never received confirmation on being sent...  Then they just showed up yesterday.  Must have been my 'gotta have them' mentality (and the will of Landru) which kept me from canceling them, patience paid off.

Thanks to this post, I just dropped some coin on all the above figurines except for Polaris, never a favorite character of mine.  Now all I have to do is find room for these guys before they arrive!

Hopefully you guys can post some pics of Nick Fury and give me your opinions on him.  From the photos I've seen, his neck looks bigger than his head.

You can probably try ordering from Forbidden Planet in NYC, to make things easier.

Steve,

I was charged $59.20 for the 3 items.

For Red Phoenix, Blue Angel and Red Spider-Man the invoice total was 27.97 pounds not including shipping.

Doesn't make too much sense to me that shipping was less then $3.50.

When I was doing XHY, the only time I dealt with Lorna over a prolonged
period, I discovered a few things. First, almost everyone agreed with my
"casting" of Jennifer Aniston as the green haired lass. That was a bit of a
surprise, as fans usually have their own casting ideas (often miles away from
mine) and defend them to the death. Second, Polaris is one of those overtly
sexy female characters who seems to have a large Gay male following!
