Thanks.  That's one bad phone pic, though.  The desire to do one hasn't struck me in a long while, unfortunately.

I hope it's the original beetle with the bucket helmet.

The Wrecker is a slam dunk.  Probably get JJJ and the Wingless Wizard unless they totally screw them up.

Based on the list, I will most likely (depending on the sculpt) be picking up 150 TRITON, 151 ARES, 152 DESTINY, 153 BALDER, 154 WRECKER, 156 TOAD, 157 MOONDRAGON, 161 PUPPET MASTER, 162 KARNAK, 167 BEETLE, 168 SHANNA SHE DEVIL, 170 WIZARD, 172 LADY SIF, 174 MOCKINGBIRD, 175 THUNDERBIRD, 176 DRACULA, 177 AVALANCHE, and maybe 180 J. JONAH JAMESON.

Unfortunately, nothing is calling out to me on that list...

So far, Landru's* got his hooks into me for only the DC line-up (and I was a bigger fan of the Marvel characters too!)

Now, if Eaglemoss does a figure of Stan Lee...

*Egads, I keep typing "Landau" for some reason...

EM has confirmed a price increase for the Marvel line in the US, and says it's all Diamond's doing.  No word on the amount or what figure it starts with.  Got the news from the figurine forum, who had an email directly from EM.  Great.

Since I am pretty much out of room, and the series (Marvel and DC both) seem to be pretty much out of characters about whom I really care, I guess any sort of substantial price hike would be my cue to turn my back on Landru!

Yeah, my orders with Midtown are getting smaller and further apart.  I'm thinking it'll be $2 per figure, to put it in line with DC.  Not a deal breaker, but I already find myself waiting for sales more often than not, even if it means something I want will go out of stock beforehand.

Blog update.  No real news, but a couple of sneaks.

Thunderbird.  A definite yes!

And part two of the Native American blog update, Forge.  Another yes for me.

I'll go for Thunderbird, but pass on Forge.

(Didn't know he was Native American. Guess I wasn't paying attention!)

Thunderbird looks good. Is he still dead? Forge, I might pass, don't really have a connection with him, though that hasn't stopped me from buying some other ones.

He certainly doesn't look the part.  I think he was Cheyenne.
