I picked up my figurines today and I really like those Sentinels.  I got three after seeing JB's pictures and think that having more than one was a great idea.  A little dent in the pocket book, but what the heck I cut out a lot of comics lately, so not too bad.
I also picked up a Black Widow and a DC Deathstroke.  They look pretty cool.

I'm putting together a Midtown order and they have several older figures in stock.  Cap, Wolverine, Doom, Iron Man, Vision, etc.  Take a look if you are missing figs.

And I must not have bought any for a while, my order is over $200.  Yikes.

Viper pic from the blog.  I may finally have something to make a decent Wonder Woman out of.

What's wrong with the actual Wonder Woman statue?

I like that Viper although I prefer the shorter-haired look for the charcter.

Picked up Baron Zemo the other day - really nice figure of one of my favourite villains.

Not a big fan of Viper, but I may pick that one up based on the strength of the sculpt alone.

Yeah, that's why I don't let them build up.  I tend to buy them first week of release.  It doesn't take too long for them to add up especially with specials and the new double figurine packs.

I didn't think I was letting them build up.  DC and Marvel, the Xavier two pack, plus I missed Shocker and Two-Face last month, and I ended up with 13 figures in one order.  And I still removed a couple from my shopping cart.

Ah.  I've decided not to get the DC figurines for that reason.  Just can't afford it right now plus I don't have room.  At the rate these come out, I'd be spending a bucket of cash a month and potentially have to keep them in their boxes until I could find a place for them.  Now that the Marvel figurines have slowed down to a crawl and have a lot of characters I'm not interested in, I don't feel like I'm spending too much money.

I've had to split them up between my desk at work and my desk at home, and I'm pushing it on space in both places.  I didn't think I'd be getting many of the DC figures, but I'm still buying quite a few.  I have a solution for more shelving, but it's holding my CD's right now.  Time to reorganize those, I think.

I'm mostly caught up on DC and now need to start on Marvel and which ones I want.  I guess I'll split that up on a couple of big pay outs.
How's the comic-con scene for picking up older Marvel figurines?

Well, I've just gone through this entire thread (and let me tell you that was a long read!) and one thing I've noticed is that a lot of the characters that I really don't care about are some great sculpts.  Makes you want to get them even though I don't have a connection.  Then other ones makes you wonder why they went with that version. Maybe they'll go back and give us variants, or not.  One can hope.
Also noticed what a great job a lot of you have done customizing the sculpts.  Great job.
I wish I'd started picking these up sooner so I wouldn't have to hunt for the older ones.  I did start the DC ones early enough, so now I just have to keep up on those.
