I have serious envy going on for your commissioned figures.  Beast most of all, but Hulk really stands out.  Iron Man is just classic all the way.

Where did Heather Hudson go?

Has Taskmaster come out yet?  I haven't seen it at my LCS on my weekly trips.

She's "in the shop" undergoing a repaint.

Didn't see Valkyrie at the LCS yesterday, but did pick up Shocker and Mandarin.  Shocker looks great.  Always glad to add to Spider-Man's Rogue's Gallery.  I have a soft spot for Mandarin, so although I'm not too fond of his face, the rest of the sculpt looks really good.

Impossible Man has been released too, right?  Didn't see him there either, although I'm on the fence with him.  Nice sculpt, but I've never been a fan of the character.

We'll have to officially declare this our Week of Disagreement, Matt! I think the Mandarin is a big letdown. JRjr redesigned the character spectacularly during my run with him on IRON MAN, but unfortunately the sculptors at EM seem to have looked at the Paul Ryan version. And that one, alas, I did not care for.

Taskmaster will be a few more months yet.  He's number 104 and Impossible Man is only 95.  You might get lucky if they jump ahead again.

I just picked up some DC figurines on the MidTown site and was looking at the Marvel ones.  Do some of the older Marvel ones come back into circulation?

JB, why did you display Wanda and Pitro in the Xmen "level" instead of the Avengers ? Is that due to a lack of place or do you think their place is with the Xmen ?

Namor, I don't know, sometimes he is next to the FF, sometimes he is in the Avengers team. It's the same with the Black Panther ...

The Beast is hard to display, too : I prefer Hank when he is with the Avengers (especially in the Wonderman / Beast duo), but the huge X on his uniform makes him hard to place elsewhere but with the Xmen ...

Yes.  Midtown cycles through them, but often has some of the early releases available.  You'll just have to keep checking their website.  This week my LCS had several of the early figurines for sale that he had just ordered the previous week.

I put Namor with the the Green Hulk, Dr. Strange, and the Silver Surfer to form the Defenders.  Although he's been in the FF book many times, he doesn't look right as part of the team.  Ditto the Black Panther, which I put with the Avengers.

I do the same.  Dr. Strange, Hulk, Namor, Silver Surfer, Galactus, Black Bolt, etc.  Defenders/FF related/FF, with the overlap working well.
