Nice Cap and Widow statues. Don't recall seeing those before.

Venom is a good sub for the Beast, in terms of overall size and pose, but
Lawsy! Lawsy! Why DID you buy that godawful Havok??

Great looking displays, Brad!  Someone on the figurine forum posted a Beast custom in the last week using Venom as the base fig, turned out really nice.

A nice big box just arrived from Midtown with Impossible Man and Bishop in it.  I like both figures a lot, even enough to make me buy Bishop dispite not liking him all that much as a character.  The only issue I have is they put his spit curl right on top of the M tattoo, you can't even tell what it is.

Both Bowens...probably about 10 years old.

$60 a piece at IKEA.  Real easy to put together, too.  They don't ship so you've gotta pick them up.

Why DID you buy that godawful Havok??

Yeah, that led to some pretty quick buyers remorse.  Wanted a Havok but wasn't motivated to customize one.  Sad part is, I still don't really have a Havok!  Maybe one day, once I get to the current customs on my plate...

Brad, depending on how beefy you want him to be, Iceman or the Surfer
customize into Havok pretty easily!

Me neither.  That was the one thing that was holding me back from buying it, but the rest of the sculpt is so perfect that I ended up adding him to my collection anyway.  I'm still not the biggest fan of his left hand holding the chain and not absorbing it's properties, but I looked past that as well.

I imagine Crusher Creel can opt for what he absorbs and what he doesn't,
otherwise just walking around would be a nightmare. Hell! As soon as he
was given the power, he'd have turned into AIR, and that would have been
all she wrote!

I guess I'm going off of any of a number of stories where a hero gets Crusher to touch something, say glass, and his body instantly absorbs those properties making it easy enough to defeat him.

Got a Sentinel in from DCBS today! He really shouldn't be as tall as Galactus,
but scale isn't really relevant with these things, eh?

Got my 101 - War Machine and Prof X/Lilandra double pack yesterday. Then I started adding up how much this collection has cost me. Eep!
