Finally, the X-Men and their Villains.  I like the fact that the founding members are up front, but sad that Hank can't join them (hate Kitty Beast).  You'll also note that The White Queen is not among the heroes but with the villains, as she should be.  I think the Sentinel looks totally menacing standing behind the heroes, with the New X-Men off to one side and later X-Men (and Polaris) to the other.

Not a bad idea.  Thanks for the suggestion.  My thought is that I don't want to do anything permanent to these shelves.  At the rate my collection is growing, it's possible that they'll outgrow their space at which point I'll pony up the money for a glass display case.  I also know that my TPB collection will eventually need the space these guys are taking up. 

What I really like about elevation rather than shelves is that you can see the figurines.  Not too many are in front of one another.  You can see the entire Sinister Six, for example, whereas how I had them at the old MattCave they were always in front of one another.  I think however I display them, they'll always have varying display heights rather than just shelves.  Discovering that the boxes they come in (which came in handy for the move!) are the perfect height and color for the display was a bonus.  Whatever you guys do, don't throw away your boxes!

Thats a buy.  Just hope I can get one without a bent / broken sword.

Kind of boring pose, but it's the version I like.  I'll probably replace the sword with a gun or something, I'll have to cruise through the Stern siege issues for something appropriate (always a pleasure anyway).
