Lilandra isn't a character I ever would have picked to be in the collection, but I'll be happy to have her.

Time to start dreaming up wheels with spokes...

Well, Lilandra played a really important role in some of my favorite stories (X-Men 108, 137, the Trial of Galactus) that she gets an easy passover most of the rest of the non classic figurines.

Has Lilandra been substantially redesigned?

(And, seriously --- somebody could really, really, really, really look at my
drawing and see BLUE??)

Not a big fan of the wheelchair for Xavier either, but otherwise it's a good sculpt.  Since it's in a two pack, I'll be forced to get Lilandra.  I like the character, don't get me wrong, but the sculpt itself feels "off" to me.

As far as The Watcher goes, I'll definitely pick that up.  Glad they opted to go with him rather than the horrible Onslaught that actually won their poll.  Blech but I hate that character!

Picked up the Falcon and Ms Marvel today, but passed on Havok (wish he had been done in the classic costume)

Finally got my DCBS yesterday so I got Black Widow, movie Iron Man & Kang finally.
As with everyone else, Kang's face was very green. Easily fixed though.

I'm with Matt about the Onslaught character! Looking forward to the Watcher.
I like the Xaxier sculpt, but I think my expectations were very low because they kept pushing back his release (I guess that is my rambly way of saying I was sure that we were going to get his Jim Lee hover chair version, and am glad we didn't!)

For the coloring of Lilandra, I'm guessing they used this as reference.

That must be a OHMU shot, Scott. Any idea of the artist? Joe R.'s inks
always seemed to take away a lot of the uniqueness of the different artists
in those books. I'm thinking this might be a Paul Smith, but can't really tell
for sure.
