Just unpacked all the troops today after the move.  Saw a NICE curio cabinet that would make a real purty home for my figs and the other statues in my collection but the current digs have zero space for it.  They'll have to live next to the china & glassware for now.

my wife hates me, btw!

I am looking for a display case for these figures. Have about 50 of them so far.

Mr Byrne, do you have the link where you purchased yours. I think I do recall seeing it in this forum, but can't seem to find it.

Scott Green...yours look good as well..is it also available.

Many thanks

Got the movie Iron Man last week and just picked up Kang and Black Widow today.  Haven't gotten a real chance to look at the last two, but IM is fantastic.  I noticed Mole Man, Moon Knight, and Deathlok are all coming up next month.  Gotta make room for all three!  Yikes, but my Marvel Figurine display area is shrinking by the release!

Larry,

I ordered my display case from DisplayGifts.com.  It was item# SC16-BL, 144 Shot Glass Cabinet, Black finish.  Hope this helps.  Best...

…my Marvel Figurine display area is shrinking by the release!

••

I rearranged my figurines yet again, still in the same display case (aside to
Larry Gil - check the Danbury Mint's website. The case is for 1/24th scale
cars) and determined I can probably display about 30 more figures without
too much crowding.

Fortunately, as EM continues to tax the term "classic" more and more with
each new release, I suspect there won't actually be 30 more l'll want!

I sort of look forward to the day there are no more to add. Currently I have
them displayed in the order EM released them (except the FF, who are
together), and when there are no more figures to buy I plan to arrange them
by significant groups -- X-Men, Avengers, Defenders, etc.

Black Widow and Kang arrived today. A few daubs of blue paint corrected
the green mask on the latter. Haven't decided yet if I want to touch up the
Widow's makeup.

Is there a good online retailer that sells these?   Somewhere that keeps them in stock would be nice.

New previews, this time of the very first double pack, Prof X and Lilandra.  Further news of the Watcher figure that will be the next mega special (Galactus size)

http://marvel-figurines.blogspot.com/

Disappointed with the look of the wheelchair, but I guess this is what Charles uses in the comics these days.  I'd prefer a very simple chair.  Gonna be tough to modify into Jerry Jaxon, which was my plan.

Lilandra's eyes seem off to me, but should be a simple fix.  I haven't looked for art to see if the rest of her is up to snuff.  Looks really good, though.

Lilandra looks like Cher, that's what's wrong.

It's also nice to see flaws in these photos.  Streaks in the paint; muddied lines; they aren't perfect.

Lilandra defifnitely wants to be recolored and have her facial make up, but she otherwise looks fine.Xavier would benefit from a more traditional look, but I will probably add a "blanket" over his legs and approximate the real deal.
