Some figs I'm working on tonight, nearly done (finally).  A lighter coat of green than I had posted many pages back.  Much better, in my opinion.  Thoughts?  Should I go lighter still on Jen's skin?  And with these photos so much larger than the real thing, I see lots of places to touch up.

Full strip down and repaint.  And the face looks way worse here, yikes.  The real head is about 20 times smaller than the photo.

With a little something to hold onto.  I thought Reed looked awfully strange with one arm sticking straight up.  A belated thanks to JB for sending me an FF drawing for inspiration (which I didn't come close to matching, it was so perfect).  Many Heroclix died to bring us this gadget...

And my next project.  Going to make a completely different red man...

She-Hulk is looking great, Ryan -- LOVE what you've done with Mr. Fantastic . . . the face looks great, IMO (or dare I say fantastic?).

Since we're playing show-and-tell, here's a little something I'm working on:

Notice how once you Dremel down the monstrous deltoids and carve off the boot details, the Captain Britain figure makes for a decent "generic male" blank.

[EDITED to upload image -- forgot about the image linking rules . . . DOH!]

••

Silver Surfer and Iceman get you there with far less work.

I keep going back and forth on whether I want to customize the FF into "my"
versions. I do think the black and white uniforms are stronger, but with the
wide "collars", the released versions look very much like the FF as I first
"met" them in issue 5.
