As someone who has lurked on this forum for several years, and never been inspired to the point of actually posting-- curse you all!

My will power to resist the lure of these things broke down last month, and once I started, there always seems to be "just one more" needed to complete my collection.  I mean, right now Luke Cage is looking at me in an accusative (yet heroic) manner from my bookshelf because of the lack of an Iron Fist by his side.  Totally insidious....

And I suppose since I'm breaking my silence, I must say to our host: JB, I've been a fan of your work since Alpha Flight #4.  I dig your art, dig your writing, and offer my thanks for all the entertainment you've provided over the years.

A starter kit (no, it's not my auction) for you, Doug.  And welcome to the Forum!

I snagged an Invisible Woman off eBay last night, one of the last few older figures I've been hunting down.  I'm down to looking for Colossus and Juggernaut now.  Damn that Landru, I was fine without the X-Men in my collection, but nooooooooo...

The next fig after Falcon.  Lots of Avengers announced recently, still no AF to back up Guardian.

Well, I don't have seen Wonderman yet, but it seems EM have chosen every member of the Avengers in their "classic" moment (well, except for Iron Man ...). Too bad they didn't do the same kind of choice for the Xmen ...

This WE, I picked up some of my missing characters : Sandman, DD, Angel, Sue Storm, Medusa and YellowJacket. I will slow down a bit, or I won't have enough space for the DC collection ...

I wouldn't exactly call Kitty-Kat McCoy a "classic".

Well, due to the xtra large X printed on his costume, I put Mc Coy next to the rest of the Xmen ... But I agree this is not the best choice EM has made (but I remember reading somewhere on this thread that the choice was more from Marvel than EM ...)

Point taken.

I guess the blue Beast will always be first an Avenger, to me.
