Wow. Never seen that before. Reminds me of Catwoman from the Batman TV series.

Ah yes, back when Hawkeye didn't have a "real" name yet, and rarely appeared out of costume. It took me a long time to get used to thinking of him as "Clint".

Just a little bit of free time found me this weekend, so I was finally able to get a base coat down on She-Hulk.  From here, I'll clean up the lines and add highlights and shading where needed.

I realized when I was about halfway through adding more hair (with Green Stuff, naturally), that I went about it all wrong.  I should have started at the bottom, near the shoulders, instead of at the top of her head.  The layers would have looked more natural.  I'm not thrilled with the result, but I don't want to start all over again.

Sorry for the crummy phone pictures.

If all look proper, I'm good for 17 of those.  Maybe X-23 could be redone as Kitty Pryde...

My first exposure to the Black Widow was Daredevil no. 89. Later, I read the
Avengers story, "The Lady Liberators." I didn't come across the original
costume 'til much, much later, and I thought it was an entirely different
character!

Eight of those are "must haves" for me. A few others I might pick up.

Great.  First I get into the original Marvel collection, then they announce the DC version, and now they come out with even more for the Marvel collection.  Ye gods!!!  Where will I find the room?!?

I know how you feel, Matt! I look at my lonely little Batman figure,
compared to the 50+ Marvels, and think And so it begins. . .

If I knew, I'd be buying a few rental properties myself!
