Of course, Plastic Man, like the original Captain Marvel, never really should have been intregrated with the regular DC Universe to begin with, in my opinion.

Matt, given that you would have prefered to see Plastic Man kept out of the mainstream DC Universe, do you think that they should have just left Elongated Man in that "stretchy hero" slot in JLA?

BTW cool picture JB.

Definitely! Plastic Man is a square peg in the JLA. He doesn't quite fit (despite his super abilities, that is). I appreciate that the writers want the first (and best) stretchy hero in the team, but Elongated Man is a better match for them.

Yep, Plastic Man have nothing to do in the Justice League.

I miss the Multiverse.

I never understood why Plastic Man was on the JLA instead of Elongated Man. I can probably guess, but his presence just doesn't make sense.

Oh, Nice fun commission.

I like it!  Pure classic John Byrne mouth and face!  I would pay to see that book, especially when JB is in a playful mood...

Once again you hit this one out of the ballpark, JB!!! I'd really be
interested in a PLASTIC MAN series done by you. Probably be as
much fun as you had on SHE-HULK, huh?

Plastic Man has displayed a much greater ability to shape his body than Mister Fantastic.
