It looks like the cover to an "imaginary" Guardian comic. Someone pitch this to Marvel... it stars Canada's premier superhero, the adventures take place before he was killed in Alpha Flight #12... Ah, the mad ravings of a comic book fanboy.

Great commission! JB gets better with age!
I own the original splash it was based on -- all of the lettering was done right on the board. I miss that.
