This thread has gone way too long without a pic of Angel's redesigned costume just prior to Neal Adams taking over the title. You know, the one with the suspenders...anyone got a pic of that handy?

Didn't they redesign Alpha Flight costumes to all have Maple Leaf emblems -- so the "team" looked like a "team" -- I wasn't reading the book then - I just recall some BAD costumes...

That shot of Professor X in costume is really baffling because I think that was his 'lead the team while in my astral body' phase.

And if you think about it, Professor X should never be anywhere near a battle (and neither should Stephen Strange). I'd just find somewhere comfy and astral my ass all over town.
