"but is it possible that in this case the four pages after this commission
would be more interesting or more fun than the four pages preceding it? "

As a learning excercise, I want to see people have to face the same realities
of handling any story - the fact that not every page may be crash boom FUN
to produce but integral to the story!

Looking forward to seeing the results here.

That is true, David Whiteley. It is so challenging I don't think I can do it! That's the problem! :D

By the time I figure out how to do it the challenge might be over. But, I guess that would be a learning experience anyway. Maybe prepare me for the next challenge.

I have pro comic book writing experience and am willing to tackle the scripting on this. Any (somewhat experienced) artists can get in touch with me.

Fire me an e-mail with a link to your portfolio: smashoutgames@yahoo.com

Okay -- we're 12 days from the deadline, so right about now those of you who are not speed demons should be looking at your progress and asking yourselves if you can finish on time. Remember, finish is the key word. There will be no late entries, and no excuses. There will also be no "this is all I had time to do" entries.

I have the 4 pages pencilled. Would have been done sooner, but I was at a convention last week.  I'm goin to ink them over the next few days, and my brother has shown interest in scripting (if he gets too busy I will probably do it myself).  It won't be lettered though...unless someone really wants to do it for me.
